Johari
Window |
'Open', 'Blind', 'Hidden', and
'Unknown' are all windows within Joseph Luft's and Harry Ingam's model for a
greater depth of self awareness - 'Johari Window'. This a useful process to
include in performance management training (and other training events) where
greater self awareness can lead to a more effective outcome for all parties.
Our free download will give you all you need to know, to make your windows

The MAST
Contract |
A fun team
exercise where participants are asked to construct a ‘mast’ using the skills
of a leader and a team. The exercise is divided into two parts. Part one,
the ‘planning phase’ enables time to consider the brief, work out a
strategy, and practice construction. Part two the ‘construction phase’ is a
race against the clock when they have to build their ‘mast’. |
